                              ORAL ORDER

By this application under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, the applicant seeks condonation of delay caused in filing the R/Criminal Revision Application No. 163 of 2020 against the judgment and order dated 17.09.2019 passed by learned 28th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vadodara in Inquiry Case No. 4266 of 2018.

Having regard to the submissions advanced by the learned advocates for the respective parties, and more particularly considering the averments made in the memorandum of application, this Court is of the view that the delay caused in filing the R/Criminal Revision Application No. Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Tue Feb 21 21:13:22 IST 2023 R/CR.MA/2629/2020 ORDER DATED: 21/02/2023 163 of 2020 has been sufficiently explained.

The application, therefore, succeeds and is accordingly, allowed. The delay caused in filing the R/Criminal Revision Application No. 163 of 2020 is hereby condoned.
