1. Present group of appeals have been arising from the judgment and decree dated 04.03.2015 passed by learned 12 th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Surat in Special Civil Suit No.320 of 2005, Regular Civil Suit No.355 of 2004, Regular Civil Suit No.385 of 2003 and Regular Civil Suit No.113 of 2007. 2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, learned advocate Ms. Sangeeta Pahwa appearing for the appellants states that the dispute is amicably settled between the parties. Affidavits/unconditional withdrawal pursis have been filed by the appellant in all the appeals. Appellants are present before this Court and state that they do not want to proceed further with the appeals. The demand drafts have been handed over by the respondents to the appellants as recorded in the affidavit/ pursis. Appellants have confirmed the said statement.

3. In view of the above statement, present appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally.

4. It is hereby made clear that these appeals are not heard on merits. Accordingly, Registry is directed to refund the court fees in favor of the appellants in accordance with law.
