ORAL ORDER
Perused the report dated 09.02.2023 submitted by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions, Bharuch at Ankleshwar who is dealing with Sessions Case No.60 of 2015 wherein the present applicant is an accused. As per the said report, prosecution is supposed to examine last witness i.e. Investigating Officer of the case.
In view of the above fact, learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bharuch at Ankleshwar is hereby directed to complete the trial of Sessions Case No.60 of 2015 and pronounce the judgment latest by 31.03.2023.
With above direction, present application is disposed of. Rule is hereby discharged. Copy of this order shall be sent to the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bharuch at Ankleshwar for necessary action.
