ORAL ORDER
1. This Civil Application is filed for condoning of delay of 295 days in preferring the First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 28- 08-2018 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Balasinor in Land Reference Case No.97.
2. Learned Advocate Mr. Vijay Raval appearing for the claimants has submitted that group of First Appeal arising out of the same acquisition, have already been admitted and therefore, does not object to grant of delay condone application.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. Delay of 295 days is condoned in preferring the First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 28-08-2018 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Balasinor in Land Reference Case No.97.
