ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE N.V.ANJARIA) This Misc. Civil Application was filed complaining non-compliance of judgment and order passed by learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.7179 of 2018.
2. Today, when the proceedings come up for consideration, the learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Raj Tanna stated that the judgment and order brought under contempt was subjected to challenge in the Letters Patent Appeal No.157 of 2023 and that the said letters patent appeal came to be admitted on 14.02.2023 and an ad-interim relief was also granted by Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Tue Feb 21 20:38:27 IST 2023 C/MCA/1369/2022 ORDER DATED: 16/02/2023 staying the impugned judgment and order.
3. In view of the above development, present proceedings do not survive.
4. Accordingly, they are disposed of.
5. The outcome of the letters patent appeal shall be binding to the parties as regards compliance.
