1. Heard, learned advocate Mr. Yogi K. Gadhia for the appellant.
2. These appeals are arising out of a common judgment and award dated 30.05.2018 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxiliary) and 4th Additional District Judge, Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Thu Feb 16 22:08:49 IST 2023 C/FA/4087/2018 ORDER DATED: 16/02/2023 Vadodara at Savli (hereinafter 'the Tribunal') in Motor Accident Claims Petition Nos. 969 of 2015, 970 of 2015 and 971 of 2015.
3. At the outset, it is required to be noted that the amount involved in these appeals are Rs.90,000/-, Rs.1,05,000/- and Rs.79,000/- respectively in First Appeal Nos. 1087 of 2018, 4089 of 2018 and 4088 of 2018.
4. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. The appeals, accordingly, are disposed of. Notice / Notice of admission is discharged. Interim relief, if any, shall stand vacated.
4.1 It is made clear that this order would have no bearing and/or shall not be considered as precedent in any of the matters connected to the accident in question vis-a-vis the impugned judgment and award.
4.2 In view of main appeals are disposed of, civil applications therein would not survive. The same also shall stand disposed of.
