By way of this application, the applicant has sought leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order, Dated: 05.08.2022, passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhavnagar at Mahuva, in Sessions Case No. 167 of 2015 (Old No. 164 of 2011).

2. Heard. In view of the averments made in this application, the same is allowed and the leave to prefer appeal against the judgment and order dated 19.11.2022 is GRANTED. Rule is made absolute, accordingly.
