                            ORAL ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A.J.DESAI) [1.0] By way of present First Appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the present appellant - original respondent has challenged the judgment dated 25.07.2018 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.3, Ahmedabad in Family Suit No.35/2016 by which the family suit filed by the respondent - husband for dissolution of marriage under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 came to be allowed.

[2.0] A notice was issued by the coordinate Bench way back in the month of November, 2018. Today when the matter is called out, learned advocate Mr. Bhavik Samani appearing for the appellant, under the instructions from the appellant - wife, states that the appellant - wife do not want to proceed with the present First Appeal and she may be permitted to withdraw the present First Appeal.
