JUSTICE N.V.ANJARIA) There is no gainsaying that in respect of the judgment and order dated 27.01.2022 in Special Civil Application No.6141 of 2021 which is sought to be brought under contempt jurisdiction of this Court by filing the present Misc. Civil Application, Letters Patent Appeal Nos.27 of 2022 and others were filed and the same came to be dismissed.

2. However, the Letters Patent Bench granted twelve weeks time to comply with the directions of the learned Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Fri Feb 17 20:53:52 IST 2023 C/MCA/195/2023 ORDER DATED: 15/02/2023 Single Judge as is evident from paragraph-16 of the judgment of the Letters Patent Bench delivered on 08.12.2022.

3. In view of the time granted as above by the Letters Patent Bench, present proceedings does not survive.

4. The respondent shall abide by the directions as regards the time limit for the purpose of compliance.

5. The proceedings are disposed of accordingly.
