ORAL ORDER
Today, when the matter was called out, learned advocate for the applicant has produced a copy of the judgment dated 31.01.2023 passed by learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Gandhidham at Kachchh in HMP No. 31 of 2022, which is taken on record.
Para 7 of the aforesaid judgment speaks as under:
7. That both the petitioners have stated on oath that there has been settlement between the petitioners regarding the Streedhan articles. As per aforesaid situation and under the instructions, learned advocate for the applicant requests to permit the applicant to withdraw this application and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
Permission, as sought for; stands granted. Present application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
