1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Sachin Vasavada appearing on behalf of the applicant, learned advocate Mr. Krunal Pandya appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and learned advocate Mr. P.S. Gogia appearing on behalf of respondent No.3.
2. By way of this application, the applicant prays for condoning the delay of 51 days, which has occurred in challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Employees' State Insurance Court, Rajkot in ESI Application No. 3 of 2018 dated 03.02.2022.
