1. By way of this application, the applicants have prayed to grant leave to appeal to the applicants to file captioned appeal as legal heirs of original claimant no. 1 - Kalaji Matuji Thakor in LAR No. 127 of 2003.
2. Heard learned advocate Mr. Soni appearing for the applicants and Ms. Pooja Ashar, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent - State.
