1. A perusal of the record indicates that the issues raised in the present petition seeking for Writ of Mandamus as per the decision of the Ministry of Home Affairs dated 11.09.2007 was addressed by this Court in a group of petitions with the leading petition being Special Civil Application No.14664 of 2008 in the judgment and order dated 07.09.2011. The petitioner herein was one of the parties to the said group and has appeared as a member of the Special Monitoring Group. 2. When this Court has pointed out that the present petition being a second petition for the same cause of action without pleading any other subsequent event is not maintainable, Mr.Hasmukh C. Patel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.
3. In view of the above statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
