2. The present application has been filed for condoning the delay of 486 days in filling Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order dated 31.05.2022 passed by the Sessions Judge, Court No.1, City Civil and Sessions Court at Ahmedabad in Sessions Case No.250 of 2019.

3.
