1. When the matter is called out, neither Mr.K.S. Chandrani, learned advocate nor any representative on his behalf nor the applicant is present before this Court.
2. On earlier occasion i.e. on 22.09.2023, this Court has passed the following order :
"The matter is heard substantially. Learned APP has tendered the report of the concerned investigating officer, who is present in the Court today, which is taken on record. The presence of investigating officer on the next date is not required.
