Learned advocate Mr. V. N. Sevak appearing for respondent Nos.1 & 2, upon instructions, states that due to some personal difficulty, learned advocate for the petitioner Mr. Priyam Gandhi could not come to the Court. However, he further submitted that consensus is arrived at between learned advocates appearing for the respective parties since DRT-I had heard Securitization Application No.302 of 2023 on 28.8.2023 finally and the matter is kept for judgment on 5.9.2023 and till the date of judgment, as the petitioner is already protected, the present petition would not survive as the same was preferred against an interim order and hence, the present petition may be disposed of.
In view of this statement of learned advocate Mr. V. N.
