3. Learned Advocate for the applicant has drawn attention of this Court to the contents of grounds for delay in Para-4.

4. Considering the nature of sentence inflicted and the explanation offered in the grounds for delay and also considering the fact that the delay in such cases for 454 days not to be construed as inordinate.

5. Hence, the application deserves to and is hereby allowed. Delay 454 days is condoned.
