ORAL ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MRS. JUSTICE SUNITA AGARWAL) In view of the detailed order passed in the connected Letters Patent Appeal No.1042 of 2023 taking note of the findings returned by the learned Single Judge in the judgment and order dated 09.02.2023 of rejection of Misc. Civil Application No.1 of 2022 filed in the review application by the appellants of Letters Patent Appeal No.1042 of 2023, we do not find any merit in the instant appeal. The same is dismissed, accordingly. The costs imposed by the learned Single Judge is hereby affirmed.
The Civil Application for stay stands disposed of, accordingly.
