ORAL ORDER
Learned APP submits that the present applicant, who is accused in connection with the FIR being I-C.R.No. 220 of 2014 registered Odhav Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 and 201 of the IPC and under Sections 3(a) and 4 of the POCSO Act, which was culminated into Special Pocso Case No. 120 of 2014. The trial is over and the judgment is delivered by learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Court No. 12, Bhardra, Ahmedabad. The Learned Judge was pleased to acquit the present applicant from the above -referred offence and hence, present application does not survive. Accordingly, present application stands disposed of as become infructuous. Rule discharged.
