Learned advocate for the respondent - accused submits that during the pendency of the present application, the trial is concluded and the respondent - accused has been acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Barwada vide order dated 19.09.2022 passed in Criminal Case no.157 of 2020. He has placed on record the copy of the judgment and order, which is taken on record.
