ORAL ORDER
1. Respondent No.2 - Digvijaysinh Gunvantsinh Sisodiya (original complainant) is personally present before this Court today. He has confirmed veracity of the affidavit, which is tendered by learned advocate for the respondent No.2, which is taken on record and has submitted that he has no objection if the impugned complaint is quashed.
2. Hence, in light of the above and in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Gian Singh v. State of Punjab and another reported in 2012 (10) SCC 303, no fruitful purpose would be served in continuing this application.

3. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
4. The impugned F.I.R. C.R. No.II 212 of 2019 registered with Modasa Rural Police Station, Arvalli and consequential proceedings arising pursuant to the impugned F.I.R. are hereby quashed and set aside.
Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
