1. Heard learned advocate Ms.Pooja Thakkar for H.L. Patel advocates for the applicants.
2. This application has been filed for condonation of delay of 1 day caused in filing the captioned Second Appeal against the judgment and order dated 06.04.2023 passed in Regular Civil Appeal No.44 of 2018 (Old Regular Civil Appeal No.66 of 2017).

Considering the submissions of learned advocate for the applicant as well as averments made in the application as well as considering the fact that the delay has sufficiently been explained in the application for condonation of delay and a case for condonation of delay is made out, the delay of 1 day in preferring Second Appeal is hereby condoned. Accordingly, the present Civil Application is allowed.
