ORAL ORDER
Learned advocate Ms. Asmita Patel submitted the judgment dated 29.9.2022 passed by the learned Addl. CJM, Jambusar in Criminal Case No.194 of 2014 acquitting the accused in regards to the alleged offence. This criminal case arose for the offence registered with Bharuch Mahila Police Station vide II C.R. No.5 of 2014 for the offences punishable u/s 498(A), 323, 504, 114 of the IPC.
By this petition, very same FIR was under challenge. Since the acquittal is recorded by the learned Addl. CJM, Jambusar in the alleged offence, now nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, present petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
