2. Accordingly, the Respondent shall grant the benefits arising out of the judgment and order dated 02.05.2022 passed in the captioned writ petition within a period of six weeks.

3. In case the benefits are not paid / granted, it will be open for the Applicant / Original Petitioner to revive the present Application by filing a simple Note before the Registry.
