1. Heard, learned advocate Mr. Tanmay Karia for the appellant.
2. The appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 25.04.2023 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxiliary), Surat in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 270 of 2020 for the compensation granted of Rs.87,458/-, which is less than Rs.1,00,000/-.
3. The appeal, accordingly, is disposed of.
4. It is made clear that this order would have no bearing and/or shall not be considered as precedent in any of the matters connected to the accident in question vis-a-vis the impugned judgment and award.
5. Since the main appeal is disposed of, civil application therein would not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
