(PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A.S. SUPEHIA) Learned advocate Mr.Dipen Desai, appearing for the applicant does not press the present contempt proceedings, at this stage, in view of filing appropriate application before the appropriate forum seeking clarification of the direction issued by this Court in paragraph No.11 of the judgment dated 22.08.2022 passed in the captioned writ petition.
It is the case of the State authorities that all the benefits including arrears are paid and the interest is also paid to the applicant pursuant to the directions issued by the learned Single Judge vide judgment dated 22.08.2022.

In view of above, the contempt proceedings are closed and the same stand disposed of as not pressed reserving aforesaid liberty in favour of the applicant.
