C/FA/1014/2021 ORDER By way of this application, the applicant prays for stay of implementation and execution of impugned judgment and award dated 05.12.2019 passed by the learned MAC Tribunal (Main), Gandhinagar in MACP No.399/2016.
Considering the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicant, issue notice returnable on 28.04.2021.
By way of interim relief, the impugned judgment and award shall remain stayed subject to the applicant depositing the entire amount awarded by the learned Tribunal along with interest and cost before the Tribunal by the next returnable date.
