ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1 OF 2019 Rule returnable on 26.02.2021. The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.) Kachchh at Bhuj, dated 09.07.2019 in MACP No.164 of 2002 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal.
