                               ORAL ORDER

1. The present petition is filed by the under trial prisoner through Jail, who is aged 41 years, seeking parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground of filing appeal before the Hon'ble High Court. He was convicted for the offence punishable under Sections-302 of IPC by City Civil Court, Ahmedabad, in Sessions Case No.172/2018 by judgment dated 06-08-2020. He was ordered to undergo rigorous imprisonment of life.

2. From the jail report, it indicates that the under trial prisoner was enlarged once on temporary bail under Police escort. As per the jail report, his jail conduct is reported as good. Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Tue Jan 11 17:20:56 IST 2022

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and considering the jail report, the petition is partly allowed. The under trial prisoner is ordered to be released on parole leave for a period of One week from the date of his actual release, on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority, and on a further condition that he shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the parole leave period.

4. Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
