                                   ORDER

22.05.2026 [1] Heard Ms. L. Thakur, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S. Sahu, the learned counsel for the appellant, who seeks an accommodation for 2(two) weeks on the ground that a new set of counsel would be appearing for the appellant in this case. [2] On the other hand, Mr. S.A. Singh, the learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the instant appeal has been filed after a delay of 624 Page No.# 3/3 days which was condoned by a co-ordinate bench of this court in the connected I.A.(C) No. 508/2020. He submits that while condoning the delay, by its order dated 16.11.2022; this court had imposed a cost of Rs. 7,000/- upon the present appellant.

[3] However, the said cost has not yet been deposited by the appellant. He submits that this appeal should not be admitted, unless the appellant pays the cost as was directed by this court.

[4] 2(two) week's time is granted to the appellant to comply with the order dated 16.11.2022.
