05.01.2026 None appears for the petitioner on call. Mr. S.C. Biswas, learned counsel appears for the respondent no.2, who is stated to be the 1st party in C.R. Case No. 301/2013 under the D.V. Act before the learned SDJM(M), Bijni, in the district of Chirang. The petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 30.12.2014 granting monthly maintenance of Rs.1,500/-to the respondent no.2. Mr. Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said litigant has also not communicated with him and that he may be given some time to get in touch.
