01.09.2025 (M. Zothankhuma, J) Md. A.H. Laskar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a delay of 45 days against the judgment and order dated 30.05.2025 passed by Page No.# 2/2 the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Guwahati in Misc. Case No.526/2021, by which the monthly maintenance amount has been enhanced. He further submits that the arrear maintenance amount has been deposited last week in the Family Court, Kamrup (M).
Issue Notice returnable in 4 (four) weeks.
Applicant to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent by registered post with AD within 2 (two) days.
List the matter after four weeks.
