Medhi, J) This is an appeal preferred from Jail against the judgment dated 30.01.2024 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Hojai in Session (1) 22 (H) of 2021 R.I. for life & fine of Rs. 10,000/- only in default a further term of S.I. of Page No.# 2/2 6 (six) months for his offence u/s 302 IPC.
