Date : 31.05.2024 Heard Mr. J. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that despite the order dated 21.02.2014 passed in WP(C) 877/2014, the respondents have not considered the claim of the petitioner for payment of his contractual bill amounting to Rs. 76,96,302, in terms of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in Tamsher Ali vs. State of Assam and others, reported in 2008 (4) GLT 1.

Issue notice, returnable in three weeks.

Ms. A. Lodha, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2, 5 & 6, Ms. N. Bordoloi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 3, while Mr. G. Bakalial, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 & 4.
