This application has been filed under proviso to Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 read with Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 129 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and order dated 05.02.2020 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhubri, Assam in MAC Case No. 174/2016.
The delay has been explained in paragraph-3 and 4 of the application.
This court has perused the application seeking for condonation of delay and satisfied that the applicant has satisfactorily explained the delay. The delay of 129 days is accordingly condoned.
The Registry is directed to register the appeal.
