Date : 30.07.2024 None appears on call for the petitioner side.

Heard Mr. S. Hoque, learned counsel for the respondent, who submitted that the petition is supported with only the judgment passed by the learned Court below and other relevant documents are not annexed along with the petition and accordingly submitted that the petitioner may be directed to furnish all the relevant documents including the Written Statement etc. Further it is submitted that though there is no stay order passed by this Court, but the petitioner submitted before the learned Trial Court that there is a stay order passed by this Court and accordingly, they are not entitled to pay any alimony as per the order of this Court.

However, on perusal of the case record, it is seen that there is no stay order passed by this Court and hence, the learned Principal Judge is at liberty to proceed with the case accordingly.

List the matter after 2 (two) weeks.
