This is an appeal under Section 374(2) Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order dated 20.05.2024 passed in connection with Sessions Case No. 80(M)/2022 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon, wherein the appellant was convicted under Section 109/341/506 IPC.
The appeal is admitted.
