Page No.# 2/2 This appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 has been filed by the appellant impugning the judgment dated 20.03.2024 passed in MAC Case No. 156/2019 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagaon whereby the claim under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 was dismissed.
Issue notice to the respondents.
Call for the case record of MAC Case No. 156/2019 from the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
The appellant shall take steps for issuance of notice on the respondents by registered post with A/D as well as through usual mode within three days from the date of this order, returnable after four weeks.
