This is an appeal filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, Page No.# 2/2 against the judgment and award dated 05.08.2022, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bongaigaon in MACT Case No. 151/2019.
The appeal is admitted for hearing.
