25.09.2023 Heard Ms. M. Dev, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. S. Bharali, learned counsel for the sole respondent.

In this revision petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Page No.# 2/2 Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner, namely, Utpal Kumar Sarma has put to challenge the judgment and order dated 02.08.2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court-II, Kamrup(M), Guwahati, in F.C.(Crl.) Case No.305/2018. It is to be mentioned here that vide impugned judgment and order dated 02.08.2022, the learned Court below has directed the petitioner to pay maintenance @ ` 20,000/- per month to the respondent and to her major son.

Perused the petition and the grounds mentioned therein and also the documents placed on record.

Let notice be issued, returnable on 14.11.2023.

No formal notice is required to be issued to the sole respondent since Mr. S. Bharali, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent and received notice. However, extra requisite copy of the petition be furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent during the course of the day.

Registry shall call for the scanned copy of the record from the learned Court below.

List the matter on 14.11.2023.

In the meantime, both the parties shall file their respective affidavit disclosing their assets and liabilities before this Court.

Interim prayer of the petitioner will be considered after perusing the disclosure affidavit(s) and also the record of the learned Court below.
