Zothankhuma, J) Heard Mr. F Haque, learned counsel for the appellant, who submits that the judgment dated 31.05.2023, passed by the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, No. 3, Nagaon, in Sessions (T-1) Case No. 47(N)/2015, by Page No.# 2/2 which the appellant has been convicted under Sections 302/34 IPC should be set aside.
