This is an appeal under Section 374 of Cr.P.C. agaisnt the judgment and order dated 14.07.2022 passed Page No.# 2/2 by the learned Additional Sessions cum Special Judge (POCSO), Sivasagar in case No. Special (POCSO) 01/2021.

The appeal is admitted.

Issue notice to the respondent No. 2 returnable by 4 weeks. The appellant shall take steps for service of notice by registered A/D post as well as usual process within 3 days As the learned Addl.
