This I.A. has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with a prayer to condone the delay of 53 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment Page No.# 2/2 and order of acquittal passed by the learned Special Judge, Golaghat in Special (POSCO) Case No. 54/2019.
We have perused the grounds taken in the application. Issue notice returnable in 06 weeks.
Applicant to take steps for service of notice upon the sole respondent by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process.
In addition, applicant/ State is also granted liberty to serve the respondent through the concerned police station.
