02.01.2023 Heard Ms. M. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant/insurance company.
This interlocutory application has been filed for stay of the operation of the impugned Judgment and Award, dated 12.09.2022, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Nagaon in MAC Case No. 124/2019.
Issue notice. Steps be taken by registered post with A/D within 7(seven) days.
List after 6 (six) weeks.
In the meantime, it is provided that subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court within a period of 6(six) weeks from today, till the returnable date, the operation of the impugned Judgment and Award, dated 12.09.2022, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Nagaon in MAC Case No. 124/2019 shall remain stayed.
