Since the judgment and order dated 12.09.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jorhat, Assam in Criminal Appeal No.03/2020 is set aside today in Crl.Rev.P./41/2023, the applicant Ajit Mahali shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jorhat.
