Zothankhuma, J) This is a jail appeal praying for setting aside the judgment dated 04.11.2022, passed by the learned Special Judge, Udalguri in Special (POCSO) Case No. 3/2022, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 6 of the POCSO Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 20 years Page No.# 2/2 and to pay a fine of Rs. 10,000/-, in default simple imprisonment for 6 (six) months.
