ORDER
05.09.2022 Heard Mr. S. Munir, learned counsel for the petitioner. This application filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.PC which is preferred against the judgment and order dated 02.04.2022 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Barpeta in FC (Crl) No. 297/2020.
It is to be noted that in the impugned judgment and order, the learned Court Page No.# 2/2 below has directed the petitioner to pay maintenance allowance @ Rs. 13,000/- per month to the respondent/First party from the date of filing of the petition.
Perused the petition and documents placed on record as well as the grounds mentioned therein.
Admit.
Issue notice, returnable by 4 (four) weeks. Steps be taken by registered post with A/D as well as usual process within a week from today.
Call for the scanned copy of the record.
Till disposal of this petition, petitioner shall continue to make payment of Rs.13,000/- to the respondent as directed by the learned Court below.
With regard to payment of arrear amount of maintenance, necessary order will be passed after appearance and hearing of the respondent.
