19.10.2022 Heard Mr. P.K. Roy, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.L. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 that the respondent no. 3 has been transferred, in the meantime, from the office of the Managing Director, Assam State Warehousing Corporation.

Be that as it may. The respondent no. 3 shall file an affidavit stating about the steps he had taken for compliance of the direction made in the judgment and order dated 26.06.2020 passed in the writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 2520/2012 in view of the submission made by Mr. Roy, learned senior counsel for the petitioner that in the intra-court appeal, W.A. 108/2022 preferred against the said judgment and order dated 26.06.2020, there was no prayer for stay.

Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 has sought for 2 [two] weeks' time to file an affidavit.

The petitioner may take appropriate steps for impleadment of the present incumbent, Managing Director, Assam State Warehousing Corporation List the case accordingly after 2 [two] weeks.
