Page No.# 2/2 This revision petition is directed against the judgment and order, dated 31.08.2019, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Charideo at Sonari, in Misc. Case No. 02/2018. It is to be noted here that vide impugned judgment and order, the learned Court below has directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees eight thousand) only per month to the respondent.
