Date : 18.07.2022 Heard Mr. M. Hoque, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. N. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant praying for suspension of the sentence and for allowing him to remain previous bail.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel of both sides and also considering the facts and circumstance on the record and the grounds taken in the revision petition, the operation of the judgment and order dated 14.06.2022 passed in Sessions Case No.210/2014, under Section 341/326/34 IPC, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Goalpara stands stayed.
